Our Home Theater project begins as an introduction to our products and service specialists, to determine which of our concierges has the best fit for you and your project. This crucial first step is paramount in providing you with your ultimate end satisfaction of experiencing your theater in its fullest. The overall design and conceptualization of your theater is an intimate process and the basis of a long term relationship for the duration of your project.

Once your project is assigned your own personal concierge, we will determine and suggest the optimal room treatments and design specifications, and create an initial room survey to verify ultimate seating distances and sound treatments. Once the basic infrastructure of your room is completed, and comprehensive site measure is taken with laser measuring device, and a full 3D ACAD layout is created to reduce any discrepancies in the construction and installation phase.

Manufacturing takes place with the ACAD instrument created on site, which enables us to recreate you theater within out facility to ensure that your product will fit perfectly, with little to no final trim and modifications necessary on site. Your concierge and project manager will hand pick all materials specified to ensure that the final finish contains no variations or defects and blemishes. These materials and them acclimated for 72 hours in our climate controlled facility.

We strive to use as many green or environmentally friendly products as conceivably possible which are made within approved factories with proper human rights procedures in place from our suppliers. Our finishing facility has multiple protection and filter system in place to prevent the release of harmful fumes into the environment. Our low VOC finishes create a second layer of protection for you and the environment.

Your installation team will be accompanied by your concierge to ensure that the final product is exactly as you envisioned during conception and presentation use of our 3D photo realistic renderings. Your product is hand delivered on our own custom designed specifically built installation vehicle fully outfitted with every imaginable tool and supply needed to install 2 theaters simultaneously. Having this vehicle onsite also serves to deliver and pop our own gourmet popping corn!
